We specialize in seamless tenant relocation solutions for developers and property owners across Metro Vancouver, Victoria, and municipalities throughout British Columbia.

Every municipality has its own tenant protection framework, from Vancouver's Tenant Relocation and Protection Policy, to Victoria's Tenant Assistance Plan, to North Vancouver's Residential Tenant Relocation Assistance Bylaw. We stay current on all of them, so you don't have to learn a new set of rules every time your next project is in a different city.

Built on Experience

NestWell was founded on nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. After years working directly on development projects, watching tenant relocation get treated as an afterthought rather than a priority, we saw an opportunity to do it differently: build a service dedicated entirely to doing this one thing well.

That experience shapes how we work today: grounded in a real, practical understanding of what municipalities require and what developers need, and a genuine belief that a well-run relocation process is good for tenants and good for projects.

We've been doing exactly this since 2024, now working with developers and property owners across Metro Vancouver, Victoria, and municipalities throughout BC.
