The NestWell
Process
We provide a seamless tenant relocation experience.
1. Client Meeting: We start by understanding the existing building, the tenant community, existing issues (if any), development timelines, and our client’s goals.
2. Collaboration with Municipalities: We coordinate with local authorities, in collaboration with our client, to ensure policy compliance and to establish communication channels.
3. Tenant Communication Initiation: We host a tenant meeting to share consistent process information with all tenants, followed by an information package delivered to each tenant.
4. Individual Consultation: We meet with tenants to understand their needs and concerns. We do this early to understand individual challenges that may need time to address.
5. Relocation Planning: We create a tailored relocation plan for each project and tenant.
6. Ongoing Support: We provide continuous assistance to tenants throughout the moving process.
7. Return Support: We support tenants who will return to the new building in collaboration with the development team.
